Step 1: Find what you enjoy. Is it singing, basketball, swimming, or something else?
Step 2: Create a plan to perform at your best.
Step 3: Try these exercises:
· Jumping jacks for 30 seconds
· Push-ups for 30 seconds
· Squats for 30 seconds Do all three in a row, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat 3 times!
Step 4: Consistency is key. Build habits by doing these exercises every day!
